Imagine all the artworks in the world that feature flowers. Many of our station artworks have flowers – some are sculpted, some are printed and some are collaged. Come and explore what ideas and emotions can be expressed through flowers and create your own artwork with collage.

Recommended for ages 5+, caregiver participation encouraged.

Please note that session 1 is only for children who are deaf or hard of hearing or children of deaf adults. An Auslan interpreter will be in attendance.

Session 2 is open to all children. An Auslan interpreter will be in attendance.

Brisbane is a city connected by bridges, as we have a variety of creeks and rivers that surround our suburbs. In this challenge, we need junior engineers to help us build a bridge to go over a railway with popsickle sticks, just like the Boggo Road pedestrian bridge.

Elevator Challenge
