This August we will be celebrating National Science Week on the 18th of August by covering the topic of science and hearing from two guest speakers, Cross River Rail Environment and Approvals Advisor, Daniel Day to discuss environmental science and its different applications linked to the Cross River Rail project, along with guest speaker Niche Environment and Heritage Associate, Dr Kevin Rains who will dive into this year’s theme of glass by talking about the history of glass, glass pieces that have been found as part of Cross River Rail excavations and why they are significant.
