Build a Tunnel

Most of the plants in the Green Spine along Albert Street, from the tallest trees to the smallest shrubs, will have grown from seeds. Explore the importance of trees and take inspiration from different types of seeds to create a mosaic masterpiece.

Brisbane is a city connected by bridges, as we have a variety of creeks and rivers that surround our suburbs. In this challenge, we need junior engineers to help us build a bridge to go over a railway with popsickle sticks, just like the Boggo Road pedestrian bridge.

Design and build your own elevator using materials supplied. The challenge would be to build a strong enough structure to move easter eggs and artefacts out of the tunnels!
